Welcome to the Sky Ridge EMS and Trauma Site!

As our valued EMS partners, we want to provide you with education, communication and recognition. Sky Ridge has developed an EMS team comprised of paramedics, nurses and physicians in an effort to provide a systematic approach to support EMS. Agencies have complete access to our medical directors and the hospital as resources.

We have developed specific tools to make it easy and efficient for you to communicate requests, comments and other issues. Our goal is to provide timely responses to the needs of our agencies, while providing information regarding Sky Ridge and disciplines outside of the Emergency Department, including cardiology, surgery and subspecialties.

Working Together to Advance the EMS Field

EMS is a dynamic field with frequent new developments and technology. We intend to support the EMS community with progressive changes. Examples have included cspine clearance in the field, aspirin use by EMD, CPAP, midline cspine protocols and many others.
